These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of urbanjungalow.com (the "Site"), operated by Urban Jungalow LLC ("Urban Jungalow," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
Use of the Site
You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:
Use the Site in any way that breaks the law
Try to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems
Interfere with the Site's operation, including by introducing viruses or harmful code
Copy, scrape, or reuse Site content without our written permission
Menu, Pricing, and Hours
We work to keep menu items, prices, hours, and other information on the Site accurate, but they may change without notice and may differ from what's available in the café. Items are subject to availability.
Allergen and Dietary Information
Our menu is designed to be gluten-free, plant-based, and allergen-friendly. However, our food is prepared in a kitchen that may handle ingredients from outside suppliers, and we cannot guarantee that any item is completely free of any allergen or that cross-contact will never occur. Ingredient information on the Site is for general reference only. If you have a food allergy or sensitivity, please speak with our staff before ordering.
Online Ordering, Delivery, Gift Cards, and Loyalty
Online orders and gift card purchases are processed by Incentivio, delivery orders by Uber Eats, and the loyalty program by Everwell Hospitality. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, which you accept when you use them. Questions about an order you placed with us can be sent to hello@urbanjungalow.com.
Third-Party Links
The Site links to websites and services we don't own or control. We're not responsible for their content, policies, or practices, and linking to them doesn't mean we endorse them.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including the Urban Jungalow name, logos, text, photos, and graphics — belongs to Urban Jungalow or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not use it without our prior written permission.
Submissions
If you send us feedback, ideas, or other content (including through social media or by tagging us), you give us permission to use it, without payment to you, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Urban Jungalow and its owners, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Urban Jungalow and its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted here, with a new effective date at the top. Continuing to use the Site after changes means you accept them.
